Turtle Wax: International Distributors Conference in Seville

The Brief

Turtle Wax had finally reinvented themselves as a marketing led company, fuelled by insight and innovation and we had to communicate this to the wider territory i.e. Europe, Middle East and Africa. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Access was tasked with coordinating an international distributors’ conference in October 2008.

Our Response

The exciting event brought 50 delegates from 30 countries together in Seville for three days. Used as a platform to launch the innovative Turtle Wax ICE range, delegates received promotional giveaways and POS items created by Access, as well as all the elements for the above the line campaign for 2009, available for use in their local market. We coordinated menus, room decoration, gifts for delegates, name badges and conference packs as well as pulling together all the presentations for the speakers from Turtle Wax UK and US.

The Results

The conference was a huge success and not only secured sales from most territories for the coming year but also improved relations between the manufacturer and its international customers. Since the conference we have distributed marketing materials as far as Norway and Ukraine.
